Estienne de Beer is a Professional Speaker and Leadership Coach with in-depth experience across companies and cultures. He has already empowered people in 7 countries and is the author of “Boosting Your Career” and the forthcoming book "How to Survive Your Big Bad Boss". He headed up the Training & Leadership Development of a Fortune 100 Company’s South African operations and served as a Leadership Development resource for the African and Middle East Operations. In 2000 Estienne was presented the Management Excellence Award, the same year in which the Financial Mail awarded the company he was working for, the title of one of the top 3 companies in South Africa. Estienne’s personal center of influence includes a network of accomplished business leaders and innovators worldwide. He has consulted to a number of well-known organizations, focusing strongly on leadership development, motivation and presentation skills and has published personal development articles in various national and international magazines. Apart from a professional degree in Communication, he also studied Industrial Psychology and Public Relations.

Estienne headed up the marketing of the "Love Southern Africa" project that gathered 5000 delegates at Wits University in Johannesburg and sent 2500 delegates to 24 countries.

He also led the sales team, to being ranked Number One within the Retail Sales Force of a Fortune 100 Company’s South African operations and received the Management Excellence Award in 2000, the same year in which the company was awarded as one of the top 3 companies in South Africa (Deloitte & Touche / Financial Mail “Best Companies To Work For”). This leadership award was based on significant impact made on the business, implementation of the diversity policy, demonstrating the transferable skills required of a top manager and being a role model to aspiring managers.
