Jayne Storey

Jayne Storey is a T'ai Chi expert with over 20 years experience of this ancient Chinese art and she specializes in teaching elements of T'ai Chi to athletes from all sporting disciplines. She is the only T'ai Chi instructor in the world to be accredited by the Professional Golfers Association, where her seminars form part of the PGA's Lifelong Learning and Professional Development Programmes.

Among her sporting clients are Olympic runners, world champion swimmers, elite tennis players and of course, golf professionals on the European Tour and European Senior Tour.

In the business world, Jayne works as a speaker and trainer, coaching T'ai Chi principles to relax the mind, develop clear thinking, manage stress and maintain a healthy work/life balance. She also shows executives and entrepreneurs how to "get in the zone" or alpha'state, as used by some of the greatest thinkers of all time from Eddison to Einstein, in order to enhance creativity and develop innovative thinking.

This is the same mindset used by today's most elite athletes, and indeed, Tiger Woods (the world's first billionaire sports-star) has been quoted as saying that his ability to think creatively is his most effective weapon on the golf course!
