The London Speaker Bureau Africa held its first two Drinks Receptions in South Africa, at the Cape Grace Hotel in Cape Town and at the exclusive Saxon hotel in Johannesburg. It was attended by executives from leading corporations in the regions such as Levi Strauss, SAB Miller, Standard Bank, ASATA, CIMA, Investec and TCC Global. The Cape Town event was hosted by Jenny Handley – Brand Specialist and International speaker. Speakers included Roger Horrocks, Braam Malherbe, Achmat Hassiem, Jenny Handley, Daniel Silke, Jonny Hewlett (MD of Diesel UK) and Jason Drew (South Africa's leading eco-capitalist).
The Johannesburg event was hosted by Bongani Bingwa, co-presenter of South Africa’s popular Carte Blanche. Here speakers included: Thabang Skwambane, Joff van Reenen, Gavin Cowley, Rex van Schalkwyk, Jason Drew, to name but a few! Mixael de Kock gave an inspiring speech about wisdom and communication and ended the evening in Johannesburg by saying: The London Speaker Bureau (TLSB) is a repository of wisdom where many of the world’s greatest minds have been brought together.
